Ansys Simplorer, now part of Ansys Twin Builder, is a platform for modelling, simulating and analysing virtual system prototypes across electrical, mechanical, thermal and hydraulic domains. It lets teams verify and optimise software-controlled, multidomain system designs from early concept onward.
Its proven Simplorer solver technology continues inside Twin Builder, alongside newer digital twin capabilities.

Multidomain Circuits in One Schematic
Hierarchical schematics combine power electronic circuits with mechanical, thermal and hydraulic behaviour, modelled in industry-standard languages including VHDL-AMS, Modelica, SPICE, FMI, C/C++ and Python.
Power Electronics and Electric Drive Simulation
Electric drives, power converters, inverters, battery and charging systems and mechatronic actuators are simulated at system level, with reduced-order models from Maxwell, HFSS, Fluent and Mechanical embedded for higher fidelity.
