Ansys Lumerical CML Compiler - Enterprise Photonic Compact Model Library Software
Ansys Lumerical CML Compiler automates the creation, calibration, maintenance and QA testing of photonic compact model libraries (CMLs) for INTERCONNECT and photonic Verilog-A, from a single source of measurement data, 2D/3D simulation results or both.
It helps foundries and design teams deliver photonic PDKs with accurate, version-controlled models.
